I guide women through the midlife transition to reclaim body trust, restore balance, and feel confident in their changing bodies, using a therapeutic and intuitive approach to nutrition and movement.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from King’s College London and am a qualified Nutrition Therapist from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION). With experience working within the NHS at an Oxford hospital and in private online clinics in the UK, I support women through midlife transitions with compassion and evidence-based care.


WHAT TO EXPECT IN A CONSULTATION
No matter which package you choose, the journey together will start with an initial 90 minute consultation, which will be based on the health questionnaire and 3-day food diary you filled out before the session. Together we will clarify your goals and delve deeper into your health, family history and your food habits and preferences.
In each session we will evaluate what is working for you and adjust what is not, to stack your understanding and habits for potentially life changing results.
Each consultation is a judgement free space and all of the information shared is completely confidential.
